How can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept product returns. The return window is 30 days from the purchase date.

To start the return process please send an email to info@falconformen.com. We also ask that you provide your name, and the order number as a point of reference.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and fees.

Once the product is received, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price minus any shipping & handling fees, to the original form of payment.

This refund policy is available for orders placed at falconformen.com only.

How long does it take to ship out my order?

Usually, Falcon will ship out anywhere from same day, up to 3 days after an order has been placed.

Where can I buy Falcon products in stores?

Falcon products are currently only sold online. If you are a retailer and would potentially like to carry Falcon in your establishment, please contact us through the Wholesale form.

Do you have samples of your products that you can send?

We do not send out samples of our product. If you would like to try our product, we do sell our 2 oz travel size bottles.

Can I pick up my order from a distribution location?

Yes, if located around the same area, or if arrangements have been made otherwise orders can be picked up at certain locations with no shipping fee.

Is there a loyalty program?

We are working on establishing our loyalty program. We look forward to offering great deals to our customers, and a simple monthly subscription allowing for products to you without placing individual orders.
